Our Services

Management and organisation

  1. Creating favourable conditions for the cooperation between stakeholders at all levels of the healthcare system and society;
  2. Running activities related to the planning, implementation, management and promotion of healthcare projects;
  3. Organisation of forums, conferences, seminars and other scientific events.

Research and analysis

  1. Assessment of the healthcare systems development taking into account socio-economic, gender, ethnic and geographical factors as well as the investigation of potential solutions for existing problems;
  2. Analysis of the current operations and resources, assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of different healthcare systems (including regional ones) and their capacities and capabilities;
  3. Research and analysis of scientific advances and medical practice developments, preparation of recommendations and implementation of the most promising scientific learnings.

Implementation

  1. Establishment of the goals and indicators to be evaluated as part of the healthcare projects performance analysis;
  2. Development of automated control systems for principal healthcare activities;
  3. Preparation of action plans to improve national and regional healthcare systems and individual medical organisations.

About the Chairman of the Board

«According to one philosophical definition, human life is a sexually transmitted deadly disease. In my opinion, the challenge for any healthcare system is to prolong this disease for as long as possible and to make it asymptomatic.»

Yury Krestinskiy

Began his career in healthcare in 1992.

In 1993, established a national weekly newspaper “Pharmatsevticheskiy vestnik” (currently in circulation), as well as other medical journals which served as a base for the creation of Bionica Group. Bionica Group is a leading medical-pharmaceutical media holding in Russia, with projects in editorial, advertising, HR and analytical spheres.

In 1996, started Pharmexpert – a marketing research company.

In 2007, was leading the Department for the Pharmaceutical Activities, Regional and Informational Policies at the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

Since 2007, has held the position of Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Public Healthcare Development.
